How fast do you reply?
We answer emails on business days, Monday to Friday.
Where is my order?
You will get a confirmation email with a tracking number once it ships. If it has not arrived, email info@ubbrands.com and we will look it up.
Can I return something?
See the refund policy for what can be returned and the time limit. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect or faulty, email us.
Which spray do I need?
Mosquitoes outdoors, the Multi-Insect Spray for ants, roaches, flies and spiders around the home, and the Flea & Tick Spray for indoor pet areas. The shop page lays them out.
