Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT, excluding US holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or outside business hours begin processing the next business day.
United States Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all US orders $35 and over.
- $8.00 flat standard shipping on US orders under $35.
International Shipping
We also ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
Estimated delivery for US orders is 3–7 business days after processing, via standard carriers. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary with carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
