Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of shipment to carrier. A return authorization is required before returning an item. To obtain return authorization, email info@ubbrands.com or call (770) 789-9583.

Defective or damaged items are exempted from the unopened requirement.

After we receive and inspect a return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders $35 or more ship free in the US. Orders under $35 ship for $8 flat. Estimated US delivery is 3-7 business days after processing. We also ship to select countries outside the United States; international shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
